Getting error on Array.prototype.forEach.call(arr, fn);

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 62.0.3202.75
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:OK
    Firefox:OK
         IE:OK

After upgrade to Chrome 62 getting error on Array.prototype.forEach.call(arr, fn);
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot use 'in' operator to search for '0' in arguments_marker

Isn't it a duplicate of  issue 777836  ?

I guess it is a duplicate as my error stack is same as in 777836
also if this issue was fixed can someone please add more details on when fix will be applied to Chrome.
