Blend-mode + will-change causes pixelated image to show up on top of neighboring image

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open file
2. Resize browser window

What is the expected behavior?
Pixelated image should not be visible on top of neighboring image.

What went wrong?
Pixelated image does show up on top of neighboring image, see attached image (issue.png)

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

I have only been able to reproduce this behaviour on Windows 10.

Able to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using the chrome reported version #61.0.3163.100.But unable to reproduce the issue on latest stable #62.0.3202.75 and canary #64.0.3254.0.

simon@ : Please find the attached screencast for your reference. Could you please try this issue by upgrading your browser to latest stable #62.0.3202.75 and let us know your observations if the issue still persists.

I've updated to the latest stable version #62.0.3202.75 and I can no longer reproduce this issue. Thanks.
