Steps to reproduce:
(1)Open any site which allows pop-up. In my case I was using pop-up chat windows.
(2)Make a pop-up fullscreen.
(3)After clicking on full screen button, there is no option to close this windows.

Expected result:
User should have close button to close the window.


Actual result:
No button displayed.

I have screen capture of the issue I am facing, but I can not share it publicly.
