A page gets red when a tab is changed to a window by dragging

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://static.pexels.com/photos/248797/pexels-photo-248797.jpeg Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open https://static.pexels.com/photos/248797/pexels-photo-248797.jpeg in a tab (=TabA). 2. Open https://static.pexels.com/photos/248797/pexels-photo-248797.jpeg in another tab(=TabB). 3. Make the state of the pointer "down" at TabB at the top of the window. 4. Move the pointer by hundreds of pixels. 5. Watch the colors on the page in TabB. What is the expected behavior? TabA and TabB show same colors. What went wrong? TabB is redder than TabA. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0

This looks like color correction. Over to the paint team.

There is some issue with color correction and multiple monitors when content switches monitors. We've seen more than 1 report of this. Over to ccameron@ for additional triage. If there's a spreadsheet or something tracking the underlying bugs and duplicates I would like to have access. It would avoid double triage on these issues.

Yeah, sounds like issue 735613 . This should be fixed in Chrome 62. |
