EN mode of all Chinese input tools not work after voice input

Firmware Google_Link.2695.1.169


REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any Chinese input method, e.g. Pinyin
2.Switch to En input status
3.Click Voice Input then disable it
4.Type any key

Actual:
Chinese candidates pops up.
En mode.mp4

En mode works fine before click Voice input.
