Steps to reproduce the problem:
Just open the video.

What is the expected behavior?
I have installed latest PPAPI Flash. It should play all videos with full quality.

What went wrong?
Can't install Flash into Chromium. Maximum quality of some videos is 360p and Youtube asks if i see blocked quality options. URL's sending me to Flash install site.
