Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Dev Tools and clear out console
2. Tap in console to display cursor
3. Cursor does not display
4. Enter or paste in code, with line breaks
5. Use arrow up/down/left/right to edit code
6. Cursor randomly appears/disappears
7. Happens when dev tools are docked right/left/bottom and undocked

What is the expected behavior?
The cursor needs to be visible

What went wrong?
Cursor is not visible when editing code in console
