jump focus when swipe to other chrome window

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open two chrome window on different space (desktop)
2. using trackpad try to swipe to another chrome window on different space (desktop)
3. another chrome window will be displayed but immediately the space (desktop) will jump to previous one

What is the expected behavior?
when swipe to other chrome window on different space (desktop) , it should stay there not jump automatically to previous space (desktop). it is very annoying.

What went wrong?

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.0

Did this work before? yes it worked before upgraded to high sierra

Thank you for the report. I have some questions to you:

1.) You are using still Chrome 61. This is not the latest Chrome Stable version. Can you please upgrade to Chrome 62, and check if it is still reproducible?

2.) If yes, can you please check also latest Chrome 64 Canary Build from https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/canary.html and check, if it is still reproducible?

3.) As far as I understand you correct in your report, you are opening Chrome in two different Non-Fullscreen-Spaces, right? Or are you talking about Fullscreen-Windows in two different spaces? Can you please attach a video of the issue? This will be easier for us to try to reproduce the issue.

I think i can not reproduce the problem after upgrade to chrome 62.
