Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I don't know why it's not working. Some sites work fine. google will pull up anything. But other sites wont connect...
2. Some come up with "This site can't be reached. ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE"
3. But the option to run network diagnostics doesn't do anything.
