Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.18 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open two tabs in Chrome 2. Attempt to drag one tab out with pen stylus 3. If succeeded, attempt to drag the tab back to the original window with pen stylus What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? When dragging the tab along the tab strip of the window, its movement is very sluggish. As soon as the pen stylus leaves the tab strip, the window gets nudged by a bit and then stops moving or returns to the original window. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.18 Channel: beta OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I am on Windows 10 Fall Creators update (ver 1709). I'm not sure if it is related but (from what I gathered in debugging another program) this version of Windows seems to synthesize touch events for some "unhandled" pen events. I am not sure if these issues happened before the update. This might be related to Issue 779355 but the behaviour is different.

Perhaps I should add that the device I'm using is the Surface Pro (2017).

This is still relevant on the latest beta (71.0.3578.53). Nothing has changed so far. |
