Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.18 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open two tabs in Chrome 2. Drag one tab out 3. Attempt to drag the tab back to the original window with touchscreen What is the expected behavior? Tab can be attached to the original window with ease What went wrong? Occasionally, dragging the tab will only nudge the window slightly if it is not maximized, or will cause the window to "flash" if maximized. When the tab is attached to the window and the finger is released, the tab appears to be stuck in the touch down state, and if you touch the title bar (non-client area) the tab will jump to the finger location. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.18 Channel: beta OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I am on Windows 10 Fall Creators update (ver 1709), but I remember this not working as expected before the update (on ver 1703). |
