Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9901.54.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.74 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9901.54.0 (Official Build) beta-channel gnawty Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Powerwash 2. Recovery Utility 3. Re-Install What is the expected behavior? Bluetooth is turning itself on. I never use bluetooth nor do I want it. Secondly, my wifi switch keeps turning off around the same time. I cannot turn it back on, it switches itself off when I try to. Computer freezes, have to hard re-boot. What went wrong? Computer freezing, see above. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.74 Channel: n/a OS Version: 9901.54.0 Flash Version: 27.0.0.183 See above, very frustrating. Bug?

@pbathini, can we reproduce this on gnawty?

Hi allannott3@ -- I powerwashed and updated my gnawty to 9901.77.0 build. 1. You see the Bluetooth enabled by itself because of new feature " Enable Bluetooth by default" feature is now launched in M-62 2.I don't see any problems with my wi-fi or any device freeze. Do you still see this issue?
