MD Extensions: A11y: 'Source' label ambiguous

The 'source' label should be connected to the type of source so their context is connected. This might be a good candidate to use aria-labelledby and aria-describedby to show the relationship.

lpalmaro@, could you provide some guidance on what would be best for accessibility on this issue?

Note that my original thought about doing aria-labelledby and aria-describedby may not work since we can also have a "Loaded from..." link (see screenshot).
