Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.62 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: We on the VS Code team would like to be able to synchronize breakpoints between Chrome DevTools and VS Code by for example allowing users to set breakpoints in VS Code and have the gutter updating in Chrome DevTools, and the other way around. We imagine this could be done by emitting Debugger.breakpointResolved events to all connected clients, and we have already taken the necessary steps to extend the VS Code Debug protocol to enable our debug adaptors to set/change/delete breakpoints, https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/issues/8642 What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Nothing. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.62 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.13.0 Flash Version:
