remove model.dtsi files from device image

Project Member Reported by pbe...@chromium.org, Oct 27 2017

Issue description

currently the model.dtsi files in unibuild end up being copied to the final device, but all runtime depends on the compiled .dtb instead, so they can be removed.

chromeos-config: change ...-bsp to DEPEND

Change the RDEPEND of chromeos-config-bsp to DEPEND, since
on the image only the config.dtb is required, not the .dtsi.

BUG= chromium:779159
TEST=./build_image, check that .dtsi are gone from final image

Components: -Infra Infra>Client>ChromeOS
[It appears that a bunch of old cros issues bulk-added the "Infra" component recently, but they should probably be "Infra>Client>ChromeOS".]
Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
