Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9901.49.0 (Official Build) beta-channel clapper Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the attached standalone page inside a Chrome App on a Chromebook touch. 2. Place the mouse over the "Button with Tooltip" button so that the tooltip appears 3. Switch the Chromebook to tablet mode OR touch on the screen (the mouse should now be hidden at this point). NOTE: The tooltip is still showing even though the mouse is hidden. 4. Tap anywhere on the screen OR tap on the "Dummy button" button. Notice that the tooltip is still showing even though other elements of the page have focus and have been activated. What is the expected behavior? Mouse should not stick to the screen What went wrong? Mouse focus sticks to the screen Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.63 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) Channel: beta OS Version: CrOS x86_64 9901.49.0 Flash Version: 27.0.0.170 This is not reproducible on the chrome browser.
