Acer 14 for Work - EVEN after a Powerwash ChromeVOX is talking all the time when ANY ANDROID app is running

Reproduction Steps: 
1. start any android app
2. ChromeVOX is talking all the time!!!
3. Same situation even after POWERWASH to enable STABLE channel!!!

IT IS UNBEARABLE!!!!!

Hello,

A bug is fixed as of Chrome 63 that should have resolved this issue of the screen reader speaking in Android apps even when ChromeVox is off. Please update your Chromebook and try again. If you're still having trouble, please reopen this issue. Thanks!
