Content view mispositioned after existing from multiwindow

Project Member Reported by dskiba@chromium.org, Oct 27 2017

Issue description

ToT (957f391837b3a2bd30bbb33ad479cdc3cd066224), debug build of ChromePublic.

Chrome got into a bad state after exiting multiwindow mode by expanding bottom window up.

I've checked the UI hierarchy, and couldn't find the culprit. The issue was visible in tabs view too, but not in NTP. mdjones@ suggested that it's probably content view that's shifted up.

Based on what I saw in the tab switcher, I believe the view resized but is positioned incorrectly; I could see the bottom of each tab but the top was obscured. Native views appeared correctly but anything drawn with the compositor view is off.

dskiba@ - have you seen this more than just the once?

Nope. Since it was one-time glitch I think we can close this issue.
