Hannah, please see the user feedback in the original report regarding text size.
We need to update recent tabs to be more in-line with our other list UIs. Assigning to UX to determine next steps.

I'm removing the RBS label as this is working as intended.

I think that particular user feedback is complaining on Bookmark's font size being too small that is hard to use, and asking for if it is possible to get a bigger font, but not that it is different from other list UIs. But of course, we need to update recent tabs as well to make sure it is in-line.

Hi, and thanks for bringing this to our attention! 1 more quick question; is your what is your Accessibility  Font size settings? You can find them in Android Settings > Accessibility > Font size 

We are also looking into how UI becomes physically smaller on high density phones and looking into solutions for this as this is indicative of a larger problem.

The font size is set as "Default". 

Lots of the reports I see are from Japan and seem more negative than the sentiment in c#0, so I'm curious - has anyone tried setting a device to that language, bookmarking something with a very long URL, and seeing what happens?

I had tested it on several tall asian languages (including Japanese) but this seems to be an issue with high density phones (640dp height and above) where everything appears smaller to the human eye in comparison to phones like the Samsung Grand Prime which most Clank users use (especially if you've set your Accessibility > Font size to small).

Using any Material list style with larger type meant less results on a screen so we made the compromise for M62-63, but we are exploring an exception to the Material spec for this here:

All four reports show screenshots from tablets. One specifically mentions that they're on a Samsung Galaxy 4 tablet, and another states that they're on a  7 inch tablet. I don't think the Galaxy Tab 4 is a particularly high res device.

There is now a new Material list style that will allow us to update the text to a larger font. New bug filed (802913) for the change. Please feel free to list this bug (and all relevant bugs) as a duplicate!
