REPRO STEPS
Login and update profile pic its shoes updated pic then refresh page in gmail or logout and login again still old pic appears instead of new pic.

ACTUAL RESULTS
 old pic appears instead of new pic.

EXPECTED RESULTS
New pic should be displayed in profile even after refreshing and re logging in.
