What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-out from the user >> Click on the 3 dot menu to Add supervised user in sign-out screen 
(2)Then close the supervised user overlay and press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+R to get 'Reset this chrome device' overlay and click on cancel and observe

Actual: Supervised user overlay is opening unnecessarily
Expected: No such Supervised user overlay should be seen. Sign out screen should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M55.

Note:Issue is not seen In Linux,Windows OS
