Regression : Page contents are not visible completely in print preview on internal pages.

Chrome version : 64.0.3251.0 (Official Build) 1ea7bc61dc1711a388b6031047506fc6e2a58051-refs/heads/master@{#512036} 32/64 bit
OS : Windows (7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, click on Avatar icon icon and go to Guest or Incognito mode.
2. Hit 'Ctrl + P' and observe the contents in print preview window.

Actual Result : All contents are not seen in print preview.

Expected Result : All page contents should be visible in print preview.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-64’ and will soon update other info.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build : 64.0.3250.0 (Revision : 511681)
Bad build : 64.0.3251.0 (Revision : 512036)

You are probably looking for a change made after 512027 (known good), but no later than 512028 (first known bad).

Note : 
1. Issue is observed on most of internal pages such as chrome://welcome, chrome://downloads, chrome://settings etc.
2. Able to reproduce issue on Mac(10.12.6) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS.

Update : 
Retested above issue on Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.12.6) & Linux (14.04 LTS) OS using latest Canary #64.0.3253.0 and issue is fixed. Now print preview load properly for every internal page. Kindly review an attached screencast.
