F11 full screen mode Cant type in search line

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open new tab with GOOGLE search line in the middle of page
2. Type F11 - Full screen mode
3. Try type anything in search line - no symbols appear
4. Type F11 - return in normal mode
5. Try type anything in search line - no symbols appear

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
No symbols appear in search line after F11 Full mode switch on and same problem after F11 Full mode switch off

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 61.0.3163.100, latest stable 62.0.3202.75 and latest canary 64.0.3251.0 using Win 7, Win 10 and Ubuntu 14.04

This issue is seen from M50 i.e; 50.0.2661.0. Hence considering this issue as Non-regression and marking as Untriaged.

NOTE: Issue is not seen on Mac 10.12.6
