app crashes switching app screen from non-tablet to tablet or tablet to non-tablet mode and placing cursor at the top side of the screen or slide-out from top side of the screen

Platform: 9901.49.0 (Official Build) beta-channel clapper

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch TestNav application in a kiosk mode 
2. switch to tablet mode
3. slide out screen from the top side of screen 

What is the expected behavior?
Title bar should not be accessible within the kiosk mode

What went wrong?
title bar appears(with back, minimize & close cross buttons) & they are accessible which causes app crash

Did this work before? Yes stable channel 61

Chrome version:  62.0.3202.63 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)  Channel: beta
OS Version: CrOS x86_64 9901.49.0
Flash Version: 27.0.0.170

Sorry, never even saw this bug. Sergey, I don't know what step 3 means "slide out screen from the top side of the screen", but sounds like it shouldn't be possible in kiosk mode.

Sure, it shouldn't be possible.
However, tablet mode was not considered when ARC++ Kiosk was developed.
I believe that this "slide out from top" is a pretty new feature.

Omri should know about it as part of tablet efforts

I'd be happy to get a little bit more knowledge of tablet mode, when it's triggered, what is "slide out from top" action and how it actually affects kiosk mode.

However, it could be that the answer will be just "kiosk is currently not supported in tablet mode" and we won't have resources to fix it.

Assigning to Alex (new kiosk PM) to keep track of "kiosk vs tablet mode" question.
