Cannot import ONC file

Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9765.81.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.120 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9765.81.0 (Official Build) stable-channel sentry
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download ONC file
2. Go to chrome://net-internals/#chromeos
3. Press "Choose file" button and select file
What is the expected behavior?
Should parse the ONC file, and display "ONC parsed", or something similar
What went wrong?
Importing and choosing the file has no effect. In the console, I get this error
VM730:formatted:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'receive' of null
at <anonymous>:1:11
Did this work before? Yes Not sure
Chrome version: 61.0.3163.120 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 9765.81.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0
