This message can be improved in these points:
1. In guest mode, users cannot install new extensions. So it should not guide user to the store.
2. One of the pages in the [Learn more] hyperlink tells Chromebook can handle zip files. This is currently not true in guest mode, but it's not mentioned in the help article.
#2 may not be needed once we support unzipping in guest mode.
#1 applies to all other type of files than zip.
