Thanks for bug report! It's expected behaviour. Chrome doesn't save Google password which is used for sign-in in Chrome. Since on the current change password form there is no username Chrome can't know for which account it's change password so it stops asking for update for signed-in users even if this is update for another account. Could you please check that for non signed-in user Update bubble is shown? (you can use new Chrome profile for example) I've asked to add username to myaccounts.google.com change password form, so Chrome will show update bubble for non-signed-in password when it will be done.

I see a save prompt. To me, work as intended. I sign-in to Chrome with account A, but logged into myaccount.google.com with account B. When I change the password for B, the prompt appears. |
