Issue descriptionChrome Version:59.x OS:Android O-OS Device Info:All Samsung Devices What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Phone language should be in any SWA Languages. List of SWA Languages Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Nepali, Assamese. (2)SIM card should be inserted & Chrome application setup should be done. (3) Drop down the notification panel -> Notification Settings -> Tap on Chrome. (4) Observe the options "General, Browser, Downloads, Incognito, Media, Sites, Additional Settings in the app". (5)Tap on Browser -> Observe the Notification Category option. (6)Tap on Additional Settings in the app -> Observe the "Notifications", "Ask before allowing sites...notifications", "Recommended". What is the expected result? Mentioned text should be displayed in regional language. What happens instead? Some options text displaying in english instead of regional language.
