Profile manager on mac can't open in Chrome due to privacy error.

Chrome Version: (60.0.3112.113)
OS: OSX 10.12.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Install the Server app and enable profile manager service.
(2) In profile manager service, click "Open in Google Chrome".


What is the expected result?
Profile manager is opened in Chrome.

What happens instead?
Privacy error - Your connection is not private. Can't visit profile manager in Chrome.

It's not valid to have a publicly trusted cert for .local, so this certificate must be locally installed and trusted.

If locally installed and trusted, it's likely generated without including a subjectAltName extension. Support for certificates that only supply a commonName for the domain name has been deprecated ( https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/4981025180483584 ), due to the security risk and that these certificate have been deprecated for ~15 years.

In this case, the profile manager application needs to be updated to support 'modern' (~1999) security standards. Is this an Apple-provided application or a third-party application? If Apple, the appropriate place to file a bug is https://bugreport.apple.com
