I'm running Chrome Canary with logging enabled. Over the past day, I got ~10 errors of the form:

[92509:44803:1025/100627.592829:ERROR:connection_factory_impl.cc(381)] Failed to connect to MCS endpoint with error -131

If this is an unexpected error, please investigate. Otherwise please lower the log warning level.
