What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Connect bluetooth mouse
(2) Highlight some text with mouse

What is the expected result?
On Android TextView the text is highlighted, touch handles are shown, and the floating action mode is shown.

What happens instead?
On Clank the text is highlighted but there are no touch handles and no floating menu.

In addition holding down the left button on TextView will trigger a longpress whereas on Clank it doesn't.

This bug also creates problem with ARC++ where trackpad usage is high.
