Websocket frame panel might be unexpectedly hidden

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Edge/15.15063 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Network to view webscokets frames 2. Make sure that console drawer is hidden 3. Resize frame package pane to fit 3 rows only 4. Press ESC to show console drawer 5. the frame package pane is hidden now See https://www.screencast.com/t/gcm1gP5fu What is the expected behavior? not allow to completely hide the frame package pane What went wrong? the frame package pane is unexpectedly hidden and hard to understand why. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.62 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Also, UI allows to move horizontal split above frame package column header area (See https://www.screencast.com/t/gcm1gP5fu ).

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 62.0.3202.62 and latest canary 64.0.3250.0 using Windows 10 with below steps. Attaching screenshot of same. 1.Naviagted to facebook.com/amazon.com/Gmail.com/Google Images 2.Opned Network tab and selected WS from filter section and not seeing any Network results there. @Reporter: Could you please let us know the URL on which you are seeing this issue or attach a sample html file on which it is to be tested. This would help us in further triaging from chrome TE end. Thanks!

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 62.0.3202.62 and on latest canary 64.0.3251.0 using Mac 10.12.6 , Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 10 with steps mentioned in comment#0. This issue is seen from M50.[50.0.2661.54]. Hence considering this issue as Non-regression and marking as Untriaged.
