Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.62 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Insert an apng file in the dom that has a loop count of 1 2. You see the animation loop one time 3. insert the same image again and it will not animate What is the expected behavior? The expected behaviour is that whenever you display an APNG file is should show the animation, that's the total idea of this file type! What went wrong? I guess that when the apng has a loop count of 1, the animation is only played when the image is added to the DOM. But then, if you have the apng cached, when you insert it again it will not play the animation :/ Imagine you have a chat on a site, then you have some animated stickers, the first time you send an animated sticker to the chat it will play, the second time you send the same sticker it will not play. So the format is broken :/ Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5 Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.62 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Contents of chrome://gpu:
