The To field in Gmail not displaying when using full-screen pop out reply.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.62 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have "Default to full-screen" selected for pop out emails. 2. Click "Reply" on an email in Gmail. 3. Click the "Type of Response" and either select "Edit subject" or "Pop out Reply" What is the expected behavior? Should be able to see the To field when email is popped out. What went wrong? The To field is invisible unless you change the zoom level on Chrome or "exit full-screen" on the pop out reply. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 62.0.3202.62 using Windows 10,Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.1.6. But issue got fixed in latest cnary 64.0.3250.0. Hence providing Reverse Bisect Info.
