Regression : Chrome logo is missing in 'Network not available' page

Chrome Version: 62.0.3202.74/9901.54.0 beta-channel Daisy,Candy and Reks
OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> sign-out from Uber Tray ->Now turn off Wi-Fi from Uber Tray
(2) In sign-out screen click on 'Add person' -> 'Network not available' page is seen -> observe for Chrome logo in 'Network not available' page (Please refer Screenshot)

Expected:  Chrome logo on top should be seen in 'Network not available' page
Actual: Instead Chrome logo  is seen missing

This is Regression issue as same is working fine in M-60

@alemate : Please confirm the Issue

Note: Issue is also seen on latest M-64

Chrome logo is not expected on the new error screen.
See folio/cros-oobe-spec/ (Network Not Available mocks).
