Could you please provide more details like the url of the page you are reloading, which files are open in Sources panel, whether you have any experiments enabled, anything else relevant to the issue?
Having a screencast would be especially awesome!

I will attach a sample video.. With the issue about the source tab not loading the files, which shows as empty.

And a cache issue, which might be related to the first or not, i dont know.
What i know is that this, takes me hours during my work hours of constant closing inspect reload save reload.. close etc.. to debugg my code! and always being careful if my changes are updated or not!

Either you don't have "Disable cache" checked in Network panel, or your service caches stale content.

No i dont, this is a local development? no service cache...  And i do have the disable cash, because when i'm debugging i have the "dev tools opened"  Did you see the drive video?

Sorry, also to note that the source code it self appears as blank page, so no actual code... i have to close and reload and close and reload to load the actual webpage index source page.
