OpenType values for Typographic strikeout and underline does not work in Chrome

Issue description
Chrome Version : Version 62.0.3202.62 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)>
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested: ok
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox: 48.0.2
IE:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) CSS: text-decoration: underline; and text-decoration: line-through;
What is the expected result?
Underline like in font table 'post': Underline Thickness
strikeout like in font table 'OS/2': yStrikeoutPosition
What happens instead?
Please have a look to the attached screenshot. In Chrome everything has the same thickness, but actually the font has different values, like you can see on the right side (FireFox).
