Can input Chinese with En input status after enabled->disabled voice input function

Platform 9592.91.0（official build) dev-channel clapper test 
Firmware Google_clapper.5216.199.7


REPRO STEPS:
1. Switch Simplify/Traditional Chinese, Wubi, Cangjie keyboard
2. Switch to En input status , then tap voice input icon
3. Disabled voice input icon
4. Tap any key 

Actual:
Can input Chinese now, but still display En input status
Refers to attached video and screenshot

Note:
This issue not repro in Zhuyin 
This issue also repro in Kevin 64 version;
