Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Settings window, goto to People section> Change picture screen.
2. Select 'choose a file' option and choose an image file (any of .jpeg, .jpg, .bmp, .png).
3. Profile picture is loaded with the selected image.
4. Now, go back to People section in Settings window. Observe that user image is not updated with the selected profile picture in People section.
5. Whereas user image in uber tray, lockscreen and sign in screen are all updated with the new profile picture.  

Actual behavior?
User image in the People section is missing.

What is the expected behavior?
User image in the People section, sign in screen, lock screen and uber tray must all be updated with the selected profile picture.
