status_monitor can't get correct IP.

The output of 'ip route' is changed in newer test image:

100.115.92.0/30 dev arcbr0 proto kernel scope link src 100.115.92.1 
172.16.243.0/24 dev eth0 proto kernel scope link src 172.16.243.67 

There's an additional interface arcbr0, and there's no default route anymore.

I can't reproduce this issue on other DUT, so I guess it's just my DUT got route messed up...
