nassh: first class integration with session managers (screen/tmux/etc...)

Often session disconnects for any number of reasons, and hard to return to same context.

It would be good to have a textbox with 'screen session name' when opening a new terminal.

see b/63861376 and its associated duplicates.  what you want is already achievable via the ssh command line.

if we ever rework the UI, we'll probably consider this, but until then, this isn't going to happen.  and if we implement issue 738317.
