Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. (1) Lançar o Chrome e abrir 5-6 páginas da web (ou seja, uma história longa deve estar presente)
2. (2) Navegue até chrome: // history /, selecione / desmarque as entradas de url e observe
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Real: os traços de destaque azul são vistos após selecionar / desmarcar as entradas de url.

What went wrong?
Esperado: os traços de destaque azul não devem ser vistos depois de selecionar / desmarcar as entradas de url.
Este é um problema de regressão quebrado em 'M63' e em breve irá atualizar outras informações.

valoniasilva40@ Thanks for the issue.

Tested this issue on Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the latest Stable 62.0.3202.62 and Canary 64.0.3249.0 following the steps mentioned in the original comment.
Attached is the screen cast for reference.

On selecting/deselecting the entries in chrome://history, a blue highlight is been seen. Can you please confirm if this is the issue ?
