[Restrict-View-Google] Page reloads in power saving mode

Chrome Version:61.x
OS:Android N-OS
Device: All Samsung Devices

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Select max power saving mode.
(2)Select "+" and add chrome to enter.
(3)Select any news from chrome home page.
(4)Attempt LCD on/off.

What is the expected result?
Chrome page shouldn't be reloaded when LCD is switched on.

What happens instead?
Chrome page is reloaded.

Not able to reproduce the issue anymore.
In case it occurs again, will provide the new logs and complete details.
