Keyboard layout crash when switch from Traditional chinese to Cangjie then Wubi layout

version 60.0.3112.114 (officail build) unknown (64 bit)
Platform 9592.91.0（official build) dev-channel clapper test 
Firmware Google_clapper.5216.199.7


REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Pinyin simplify, then Traditional Chinese , cangjie, then wubi layout
 

Actual:
Crash repro, keyboard disappeared, invoke keyboard again, notice that
menu list only left us keyboard , other layout disappeared
refers to attached video ,

Note:
Traditional Chinese and Wubi not works in this version
