Traditional Pinyin keyboard not work

Platform 10044.0.0（official build) dev-channel kevin test 
Firmware Google_Kevin.8785.220.0


REPRO STEPS:
1.Go to Traditional Pinyin keyboard
2.Tap any key

Actual:
only submit English

Tried more times and found this issue does repro on the  kevin now!
But still repro on Clapper(10/23's update M60 version).
