WebGLManyPlanetsDeep test fails on auron_yuna device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
WebGLManyPlanetsDeep test fails on auron_yuna device with error: "Unhandled LoginException: Failed to restart browser in guest mode (pid 12799)." It looks like other WebGL tests do the same.

What is the expected result?
test must finish successfullty

What happens instead?
test is failing

Notice the failure above is specific to a single DUT chromeos4-row10-rack8-host13.

Also notice SNB and IVB failures are due to enabling rapl and not working on old architectures. PoHsien taking care of these by disabling.

Note that rapl not working should only affect graphics_WebGLAquarium as for now.

Unable to reproduce it even on that particular device. It looks like there was something configuration related happen.
