Unable to triage this issue from TE-End because of non-availability of NetworkService account, hence adding TE-NeedsTriageHelp for further triage

Hi, just add something to this issue, this is a default Windows account and its real name is NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService as documented here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms684272(v=vs.85).aspx

Can you give details of the exact command you were running. Note that in windows if you don't specify a full path for command line paths it will try and save in the running executable directory, thus you'll need extra permissions to write there. Specifying a full path should avoid this.

here's the command being sent E:\sources\webapps\RapidResponse\Web Server\Web\../chromium/chrome.exe --headless --disable-gpu --screenshot="C:\Windows\TEMP\41d17c4b-ac59-43a1-8636-734a711d6b72.png" --window-size=1920,874 file:///C:/Windows/TEMP/41d17c4b-ac59-43a1-8636-734a711d6b72.html
