Issue descriptionChrome Version : 61.0.3163.100 OS Version: Windows 10.0 URLs (if applicable) : www.prefixa.com/pfx2017 Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari 5:OK Firefox 56.x:OK IE 7/8/9:OK MS Edge:OK What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Load the page 2.Try to scroll down What is the expected result? Page scrolling down to view overflowing content. What happens instead of that? Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6 using chrome stable version #62.0.3202.62 and latest canary #64.0.3247.0. The page is using an old version of a smooth scroll library that is not compatible with Chrome 61 and later. Please remove the usage of the smooth scroll library from that site. |
