Attached are two print previews for the following html:

The first one reserves space for scrollbars in the iframe, but doesn't print them. The second one does not reserve space for them. Both of them are wrong: the overflowing iframe should display its scrollbars.
It's not clear what the correct behavior is on platforms with overlay scrollbars.
