With in-browser Cast discovery, sometimes mirroring on receiver stops but MR dialog still says it is mirroring |

Issue descriptionIt happens when network is unstable. If cast channel times out and reconnects, seeing that: mirroring on receiver stops, while MR dialog still says it is mirroring. Expect: Mirroring on receiver does not stop, and MR dialog shows that it is mirroring; Or mirroring on receiver stops, and MR dialog shows that it stops.
